Microsoft UltraCam Business Unit: Established through Microsoft’s 2006 acquisition of Vexcel Imaging - an innovator
in the field of digital photogrammetry since 1995 - Microsoft’s UltraCam business unit is a leading provider of digital aerial
cameras and brings more than two decades of photogrammetry expertise to Microsoft’s Bing Maps business. Its family of
award-winning UltraCam sensor systems includes the UltraCamXp, UltraCamXp Wide Angle, UltraCamLp and the recently
announced UltraCam Eagle that features an ultra-large PAN image footprint with more than 20,000 pixels across the flight
strip, setting a new industry standard for digital aerial photography. Rounding out the company’s UltraCam offerings, is the
UltraMap photogrammetric workflow software that provides UltraCam customers with an end-to-end image processing
system. Through its Vexcel Imaging subsidiary partnerships, Microsoft’s UltraCam business unit offers its aerial mapping
solutions through a world-wide sales distribution channel and product support through competent and friendly support teams
across the globe that are available in three different time zones.

UltraCam Eagle – Ultra-LARGE. Ultra-RELIABLE. Ultra-EFFICIENT: The UltraCam Eagle represents a revolution in digital
photogrammetric camera systems and sets new industry standards. It is an ultra-reliable, ultra-efficient, ultra-large-footprint
camera that screams through image acquisitions, captures the smallest details, and enables direct and swift flights that are
not limited by technology. UltraCam Eagle introduces a modular housing concept, which reduces sensor head size and
balances weight. The updated sensor head includes an exchangeable lens system with two different focal lengths - a
groundbreaking enhancement in digital photogrammetry. UltraCam Eagle also presents filters with curved characteristics
and silent-board camera electronics, further ushering in revolutionary aerial photogrammetric technology. Embedded in the
integrated component package is UltraNav, a flight management and georeferencing system that includes state-of-the-art
GNSS-Inertial technology, pilot displays, and flight-planning software.

UltraCamXp: With an image format of 196 megapixels (17,310 across track x 11,310 along track) and a pixel size of 6 μm,
the UltraCamXp boasts the largest PAN frame image footprint of large format digital aerial cameras on the market today. In
doing so, the UltraCamXp saves time and lowers cost, without sacrificing radiometric performance. Increased onboard storage
capacity allows for longer flights to take full advantage of favorable flying conditions, and the collection rate of 2.5 Gbits per
second allows for collecting more data in less time.

UltraCamXp Wide Angle: Based on the UltraCamXp, the UltraCamXp Wide Angle features the same advanced technical
specifications along with a proprietary digital, high-performance, high-resolution lens system with a shorter focal length. This
allows the UltraCamXp Wide Angle to deliver the same ground sample distance (GSD) as the UltraCamXp, but at lower flight
altitudes, providing small-scale mapping capabilities to customers with lower-flying airplanes.

UltraCamLp: The UltraCamLp is a smaller, lighter version of the UltraCamXp designed to serve the needs of small mapping
firms. The UltraCamLp offers a competitive solution for mapping companies looking for a cost-effective way to transition from
film to digital, without sacrificing image quality.

UltraMap Workflow Software System: UltraMap provides a complete and integrated photogrammetric workflow for
UltraCam images. It consists of a flexible and scalable distributed system for managing and processing vast amounts of
UltraCam data integrating UltraCam-specific hardware.
